Because of COA's role as a health services provider and its associated state and federal regulations, all of our nurses, care managers, and, yes, housekeepers, must undergo a more intensive screening process than any non-healthcare organization. This screening includes not only ongoing drug testing, but also FBI, FDLE and local law enforcement background checks.
