No matter what your age, profession or skill level, COA has a place for you to make a difference. From being a driver for Meals on Wheels, to volunteering in a senior center with activities, to committee and special events support - we need you!
Meals on Wheels has volunteers who deliver a hot nutritious meal to homebound seniors across the county each and every day. With hundreds of meals to deliver, our need for volunteers is great! To be a volunteer driver, you must have a valid drivers license, current auto insurance and pass a background check (provided by COA.) Delivering meals takes about 1 to 1 1/2 hours from 10:30am Monday through Friday. Routes near your location are available.
COA also accepts businesses, clubs and organizations in our Adopt A Route program. These busy folks take on a route and then share the responsibility so that no one individual has to drive every week. Great opportunity for developing your corporate/civic team!

COA conducts "friendraiser" fundraising events throughout the year. Our Marketing and Development Team are always looking for help promoting events, staffing event day needs like registration, solicitation and gathering of auction items that have been donated by the community, and more.
