COUNCIL ON AGING OF VOLUSIA COUNTY REOPENS DINING SITES

After more than a year of being closed due to the pandemic, COA’s Dining Sites have reopened. The sites, located in Deltona, DeLand, Holly Hill, New Smyrna Beach, Orange City, Ormond Beach, and Port Orange, are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. Coffee, tea, and water are provided in addition to nutritious lunches and opportunities to socialize and engage in activities. Donations are accepted for lunch.

COA Senior Activity Centers, most of which operate in conjunction with the Dining Sites, will reopen in the near future. For more information, please view the information under “Senior Centers and Dining Sites” to find your local site, menus, and direct contact information or call 386-253-4700.

The mission of Council on Aging of Volusia County, a 501(c)-(3) non-profit organization, is to enrich the lives of our most vulnerable elderly citizens by providing needed services that allow them to remain safely, comfortably, and with dignity in their own homes.
