COA Welcomes Amy Rose as New Director of Philanthropy
SEPTEMBER 1, 2016, Daytona Beach, FL - COA is pleased to welcome Amy Rose as their new Director of Philanthropy.
“Amy is a seasoned fundraising veteran who has worked for various nonprofits to include religious, arts, social services and healthcare. She brings a wealth of successful planning skills to COA with her,” said Sarah Gurtis, COA’s CEO. “Amy will work with our COA and Foundation Boards to increase our community outreach through awareness and fundraising activities, with an emphasis on building a strong donor program. We are excited that her past experience working with a Council on Aging in Indiana will allow her to quickly assimilate into our COA team.” she added.
Amy has a strong dedication to serving the aging community and honoring those who have paved the way for us all. Amy and her husband, Chad, have two daughters in Nashville, Tennessee and Adelaide, Australia. Her interests include U2 concert/vacations with fellow fans, long days at the beach and traveling to every state in the country. She has 7 more to scratch off her bucket list!
