The Glenn & Connie Ritchey Community Service Award celebrates local champions whose leadership and service have made Volusia County a better place to live, work, and play. Through the years, this event has raised more than $1 million allowing Council on Aging to provide its critical services to local at-risk seniors
On October 12, 2023, Council on Aging of Volusia County hosted the 18th Annual Glenn and Connie Ritchey Community Service Award Event honoring the Crotty Family for extraordinary leadership within the local community.
